Does Deep Roots guarantee uptime?

While here at Deep Roots we have a variety of monitoring in place to make sure nothing unexpected happens, unfortunately the nature of the technology means that we can't promise that there won't ever be a technical issue that causes server or site downtime. However, we do guarantee that we'll always do our best to keep things running smoothly, knowing how important uptime is to each of our clients.
