You can always check your Deep Roots hosted email address at our Webmail Interface, and it's good to always remember that as a backup, it can often be a lot better for your workflow to use a tool you already use. Here's a couple guides to add your account to some of the more common programs, but you can use the general outline to add your address to any email client.
Gmail
For adding to Gmail, first go to Settings (gear icon) --> See All Settings --> Accounts and Import. On that page, you'll see an option called "Check mail from other accounts"
Click the Add a mail account, enter your email that you're wanting to add, leave the import option checked (typically you have no choice), and then follow this screenshot for what to add in the various fields (replacing the example email address and password with your correct address and password).
Next you'll be prompted to add your outgoing server information, and you can use the following example as a guide for that:
Click Save Changes, and you're all set! You might also be prompted to add a code to authorize your setup, but you should be able to just go back to your inbox, click refresh, get the email with the code, and enter it in that box.
From there on out, you'll now be checking your email for your Deep Roots hosted account through Gmail, and when you reply to that email through your Gmail account, it will default as being "from" your Deep Roots hosted email address.
If you only want to send email as your account, but not actually handle any incoming emails through Gmail, just click the "Add Another Email Address" under the Send mail as section, and you'll just fill out the second screenshot posted above.
Apple Mail
For adding to Apple Mail, first open your settings and go to the Accounts tab. Click the plus sign down in the lower left corner, select "Other Mail Account", fill in the name/email address/password and click Sign In. It'll likely try to automatically detect account details, but instead, follow this screenshot as a guide (make sure to change the example email address and password with your own):
Click Save, and that should do the trick!
iOS Devices
For iOS devices, head to Settings --> Apps --> Mail --> Mail Accounts --> Add New Account. Select Other --> Add Mail Account, then enter the required info. Much like with Apple Mail, it might try to automatically detect your settings, but when prompted for account info, use the following as a template, swapping out the example email address and password with your own.
And that should get the account added to your iOS device!
